1. What 4some Is (and Is Not)

4some is a social connection platform that uses AI to form small group meetups.

4some is not:

• A hookup platform

• A networking pitch event

• A political organizing space

• A sales funnel

While romantic outcomes may naturally occur between consenting adults, the platform is not intended to facilitate sexual encounters. Please join with an intention to build meaningful interactions, not with hidden agenda.

2. Respect & Consent

You must:

• Respect physical and emotional boundaries

• Immediately accept “no” without persuasion

• Avoid unwanted physical contact

• Avoid sexual comments or pressure

• Not isolate someone from the group without consent

Consent must be:

• Clear

• Ongoing

• Freely given

• Reversible at any time

Pressuring someone into romantic or sexual behavior will result in removal from the platform.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Discrimination

We are a progressive foward-thinking company, we do not tolerate:

• Racism

• Sexism

• Homophobia or transphobia

• Religious discrimination

• Ableism

• Body shaming

• Persistent unwanted attention

• Intimidation or threats

Violation will result in removal from the platform.

4. Misuse of Meetups

4some meetups are intended for friendly social interaction and shared experiences.

Users may not create, organize, or use a meetup for purposes that violate these Guidelines or applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Organizing meetups primarily for dating or sexual encounters

• Coordinating or facilitating illegal activities

• Recruiting participants for criminal activity

• Planning activities involving drugs or illegal substances

• Using meetups to sell products, recruit members, or promote commercial schemes

• Using meetups for harassment, intimidation, or exploitation

4some reserves the right to cancel, modify, or remove any meetup that appears to violate these Guidelines.

Accounts involved in misuse of the platform may be suspended, fined or permanently banned.

Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Safety at In-Person Meetups

4some facilitates introductions but does not supervise events.

You are responsible for:

• Your conduct

• Following venue rules

• Arriving sober enough to behave responsibly

• Exercising good judgment

If you feel unsafe:

• Leave the situation

• Contact support through the app

• Contact local authorities if necessary

Your safety always comes first.

6. Authenticity & Honesty

You must:

• Use your real identity

• Provide accurate information

• Not impersonate others

• Not misrepresent your age

Trust is the foundation of real-world connection.

7. No Commercial Solicitation

You may not use 4some to:

• Recruit for MLM or pyramid-style schemes

• Sell crypto, financial products, or coaching

• Promote unrelated businesses

• Film content for commercial purposes without consent

• Use meetups as lead-generation funnels

4some is for connection, not conversion.

8. Privacy & Recording

Before:

• Taking photos

• Recording video

• Posting others online

You must obtain explicit consent.

Secret recording or sharing private conversations is prohibited.

9. AI Matching Transparency

Our AI system suggests group combinations based on available data.

It does not:

• Guarantee compatibility

• Screen for criminal history

• Predict behavior

• Endorse individual users

Matches are introductions — not certifications.

10. Substance Use

Moderate social drinking may occur depending on venue context.

However:

• Excessive intoxication

• Drug distribution

• Aggressive behavior under influence

are not tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove participants who compromise group safety.

11. Reporting & Enforcement

If someone violates these guidelines:

• Report through the app

• Provide relevant details

We may:

• Issue warnings

• Remove users from the platform

• Suspend accounts

• Permanently ban users

• Report serious misconduct to authorities

Repeated minor violations may result in removal.

12. Protect the Vibe

4some works because everyone contributes to the atmosphere.

We expect participants to be:

• Open

• Curious

• Punctual

• Engaged

• Respectful

Consistently disruptive, hostile, or disengaged behavior that is reported to us may result in access restrictions.

13. Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal from an event

• Account suspension

• Permanent ban

• Restriction from future participation

Severe misconduct may be escalated to legal authorities where required.
