3. Nature of the Service

4some is an AI-powered social matching platform designed to:

• Match users into curated groups (typically four individuals)

• Organize in-person social meetups

• Facilitate real-world human interaction

4some does not:

• Guarantee compatibility

• Conduct background checks

• Guarantee safety, behavior, or outcomes at events

Users participate in meetups at their own risk.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep login credentials secure

• Notify us of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. AI Matching Disclaimer

Our matching system uses algorithms and artificial intelligence to recommend group formations.

You acknowledge that:

• AI systems are probabilistic

• Matches are suggestions, not guarantees

• Compatibility is not guaranteed

• 4some is not liable for interpersonal outcomes

6. In-Person Meetups & Personal Responsibility

4some facilitates introductions and event coordination but does not supervise in-person interactions.

By attending a meetup, you agree that:

• You assume full personal responsibility

• You are responsible for your conduct

• You will comply with applicable laws

• You will exercise reasonable judgment and caution

4some is not responsible for the conduct of any user.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment.

You agree that:

• All prices are displayed including applicable VAT (if required by law)

• Payments are processed via third-party providers

• Refund policies are described at checkout

For EU consumers: statutory withdrawal rights may apply where legally required.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others

• Share illegal, abusive, or harmful content

• Misrepresent your identity

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

• Use the Service for commercial solicitation

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. User Conduct at Events

Users must:

• Respect personal boundaries

• Obtain consent where applicable

• Avoid harassment or inappropriate behavior

• Comply with venue rules

4some may ban users for misconduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology — including but not limited to:

• AI systems

• Software

• Design

• Logos

• Text

— are owned by 4some or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under German and EU law:

4some shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Emotional distress

• Loss of opportunity

• Interpersonal conflicts

• Conduct of other users

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion is legally prohibited (e.g., intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life or health).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4some from claims arising out of:

• Your conduct

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable law

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Pose a safety risk

• Harm other users

• Engage in fraudulent behavior

You may terminate your account at any time.

14. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany (where legally permissible).

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
